It may not be a direct issue in graph-tool, but just for information. It
does not build on Big Sur either py38, boost +python38, not py39, boost
+python39.

This does not belong here; please bring this up with macports.
Note also that you are referring to very outdated version of graph-tool
(2.33 vs the current which is 2.37).
