Are the Debian files version controlled anywhere?

That is are the likes of the debian/control debian/rules files for the
graph-tool package versioned in git anywhere?

No, they are not.

Graph-tool is in the process of being included in the main repositories, so
this will be available soon.

Thanks. I've now found
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=781765 that appears to
track this. Hopefully it makes it into the debian archives soon.
As part of this it would definitely be great if the debian files where
version controlled in git somewhere, so that people could submit
fixes/improvements etc.
