Please do not post multiple times to the list with the same
question. Any lack of answer is most likely due to lack of time, rather
than the question not being seen.

Whenever having problems with compilation, it very important to give
basic information, such as what compiler version is being used, library
versions, etc. In this case, it would be important to know which version
of CGAL do you have installed.

Also, please not do not post terminal error messages or log files in RTF
format, which makes it very cumbersome to inspect. Please just use plain
text.

Best,
Tiago

Undefined symbols like this probably just mean a compilation
problem. Probably you are linking with a different boost version than
the one you used to compile.

In order to make it possible to people to help you, it is not sufficient
to simply show the error message. You need to give more precise
information about your system (OS, compiler, boost version, etc),
and how you performed the compilation (arguments passed to configure,
contents of config.log, etc).

Tiago

Which numpy version do you have installed?

Having problems with installation does not mean there is a bug with
graph-tool.

Being implemented in C++, and depending on other C/C++ libraries,
graph-tool requires a basic understanding and familiarity with compiling
and installing C++ libraries, sorting out dependencies, etc. For those
that do not have this familiarity, there are packages available for some
operating systems (Ubuntu, Debian, Arch, Gentoo and MacOS), that make
this task easier.

I use it extensively in my research, and I know that others do too.

Is the above path also in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH? Otherwise the linker
will not find it.

The version was 1.60

I installed the numpy using command line

sudo apt-get install python-numpy

---------------------------
Somebody was suggesting (in web) that installing 1.71 might help!!! Not tried yet.

There is an unanswered question with same issue one web. Just in case you want to check
