yes, using wget can download the file correctly when i tried just now

i am using fedora 21, firefox 37.0.1 and chrome 41.0.2272.101, both of whick have the problem i mentioned above

Do you use firefox? This might be due to a bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=610679

The file is downloaded correctly if I use wget.
