1 . Boost version : dev-libs/boost-1.52.0-r6 
2 . I just directly did ./configure make install
3. import graph_tool
   g = graph_tool.Graph() # <== Works fine

I did attached config.log and config.status , in separated email, not sure why it didn't show up here.

This is not very useful information. Please provide a gdb backtrace, the
compiler version you are using, as well as Boost, the options you passed
to the configure script, the contents of the config.log file, etc.
